Yale New Haven Hospital Volunteer Services

The Saint Raphael and York Street campuses have numerous volunteer roles to fit individual time schedules, abilities, and interests. Volunteers may work directly or indirectly with patients and have an impact on areas such as:

• Behind the scenes with clerical duties, deliveries, and light computer work.
• Customer Service with patients and visitors in navigating throughout the hospital.
• Integrative Wellness Programs involving Reiki, pet therapy, and art/music.
• Patient Support in clinics and inpatient areas.

There is a hospital mandate for full COVID-19 vaccination, including the booster. A volunteer application form is here.
