Kaja Kallas Advocates for Diplomacy

European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has warned there is "no clear trajectory" or end in sight for the war with Iran, expressing concern that the U.S. and Israel lack a clear exit strategy. She has emphasized that "another war brings uncertainty and chaos" and called for diplomatic solutions to prevent further escalation. 

In addition, Kallas said there is little desire within the EU to expand its Operation Aspides naval mission. She has faced criticism for failing to provide specific details on the diplomatic initiatives the EU plans to take.
