The culinary arts program at GCC offers practical, training through associate degrees and certificate options in culinary arts, professional baking, food service management, and hospitality. Students have opportunities that allow them to gain real-world experience at the campus training restaurant, Café Vincenzo.
They manage all parts of the restaurant operation under the guidance of chef instructors. Open to the public on select days and by scheduling, there are generally affordable fixed-rate menus with recent lunch services around $24 for dine-in and $19 for take-out.
