Metro-North Express Trains

The new express trains from New Haven to Grand Central Terminal in New York City have stops in Bridgeport and Stamford only. They operate in as little as 1 hour and 39 minutes.

This expanded service is part of the TIME FOR CT initiative. It delivers faster trains and improves travel time.
