Griner is Free at Last!

Brittney Griner, a 6'9" American professional basketball player, is a free woman. Russia released her in a prisoner swap between the United States and Russia.

President Joe Biden signed off on the swap, and it took place in the United Arab Emirates. Giner will fly to a medical facility in San Antonio, Texas, and her wife, Cherelle Griner, will meet her there.
