American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

The lifeguard certification classes at the American Red Cross include hands-on skills, lectures, and readings. The blended learning experience allows students to attend online sessions and demonstrate their skills in person to a trained, certified instructor.

After completing both portions of the course, students receive Connecticut lifeguard certification, valid for two years. Find a class here.
