The State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT: A Place of Remembrance

Burial in the State Veterans Cemetery is available to eligible veterans and their spouses. The cemetery provides grave markers.

The required documents for proof of eligibility are:

• An Eligibility Compliance Statement
• Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs Burial Form
• DD-214 or Discharge Papers
