Sis, Let It Go!

The leaders of Spiritual Girl Inc. recently announced their 3rd Annual Sis, Let It Go!, a gathering that will offer women a safe space to heal from traumas that prevent them from moving on with their lives.

This year's theme is Mending Minds, Healing Hearts. Presenters will be:

• Robin Bowman, a fitness coach
• Shavon Gales, a poet/author
• Ro Godwynn, a musician
• Charra Moore, Keynote Speaker, and Mental Health Clinician

There will be a balloon release at the end of the program. General admission is $25, and tickets are available here.
