Home Hospital Service

A Home Hospital care team includes professionals such as physicians, registered nurses, and supportive aides that are CNAs employed by Right at Home. They provide all services where you live.

The team determines the length of stay. Your discharge occurs when you achieve care goals and wellness.

• IV antibiotics, diuretics, IV antibiotics, fluids, and steroids
• Meals and nutrition
• Medical supplies
• Mobile imaging & laboratory service
• Nebulizer treatments
• NP and PA care
• Occupational, physical & speech therapy
• Patient vitals monitoring
• Pharmacy medication
