A Mother's Day feast at Casa Mia at the Hawthorne in Berlin, Connecticut

Casa Mia at the Hawthorne, 2421 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin, will have a Mother’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 12, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. $45, $20 for children 4-12, plus tax and tip. The buffet has traditional breakfast foods, a carving station with ham, prime rib, and turkey, and lunch items such as salads, breads, cheese ravioli, stuffed sole, and herbed chicken, and a dessert station.

Casa Mia also has a Mother’s Day dinner takeout special. It has beef tenderloin, lemon chicken, garlic beans, penne vodka, garlic beans, salad, rolls, butter, and strawberry shortcake. The cost is $90 for two, $240 for six, $360 for 10. Add-ons are available. Takeout pickup is Saturday, May 11, before 7 p.m. or Sunday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
