Gaza aid from Cyprus resumes.

The United Arab Emirates has confirmed the departure of its humanitarian ship from Cyprus on April 27, 2024, carrying 440 tons of food aid for the people of Gaza. The UAE continues to explore all avenues with its regional and international partners to address the urgent crisis in the Gaza Strip.

The US military has started building a large floating pier off Gaza's coast to facilitate the delivery of aid. The Pentagon expects it to be ready by early May.
