What is the Antisemitism Awareness Act?

If passed, the bill would require the Department of Education to use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism when enforcing anti-discrimination laws. The Department of Education has numerous ongoing investigations into antisemitism on college campuses.
