Bring your bike and join the Spin for Kids fundraiser at Multisports Academy at 109 Sanford Street in Hamden on October 23, 2022. There will be music, snacks, water, and raffles.
The workout time slots are:
- 8 AM - 9 AM - Perf Pro Cycle
- 9 AM - 10 AM - Perf Pro Cycle
- 10 AM - 11 AM - Guest Instructor
- 11 AM - 12 PM - Guest Instructor
